Viewing Claim Messages in a Workfile

Claim messages are viewable in the open workfile and in the workfile preview pane of the My Work Dashboard. To view a list messages for all claims, open the My Work Dashboard, and then select the Messages option from the My Work panel.The Message button is disabled if the workfile does not contain messages.

To view claim messages

1. Open the workfile.
2. Select the Messages toolbar button in the upper right. The workfile claim Messages screen opens.
3. Click OK.
